Simply download the video file to your phone, then send it to your friends and family by Facebook Messenger, iMessage, WhatsApp, Telegram, and more.

IMPORTANT: Please read everything carefully before placing your order.

►Here is how the process works:

1. Add item to cart and fill up the Personalization field and Add Photos

Please check for edits or spelling before you send the information as this will save review time.

► PHOTOS - Only ONE photo per child, 3 photos in total

The quality of your video invitation is only as good as the photo you send in. If the quality isn’t good I’ll let you know (see tips in the images). Once the invitation is delivered if you want to change the photo for a new one, will be an extra fee of US$ 5.00 each time. Please, understand that working on the photo is the most difficult part of the birthday card and character.

2. Video will be send to your email within the next 24 hrs after (max 48 hrs) your purchase. If you prefer to receive in your WhatsApp send me the number.

FILES will be sent to your email from myheroathome [!at] gmail.com or my personal WhatsApp.

Our current turnaround time is 2 days

► ONE REVISION in wording is included with your order (no changing photo). Any additional revisions may be subject to extra fees.
