Digital items aren't eligible for returns or exchanges because of the nature of these items.
Birthday Invitations, Custom Posters and any adaptation are deliver only via email (digital files)
Refunds cannot be provided after delivery of digital image due to the nature of the product.
Cancellations: If there are any issues with info, photo or dates I'll get in contact via email, if we agree we can cancel the order before starting it with a full refund. Once I start working on the invitation and with the photo, there is no time for cancellation.
