- INVITATION: 5x7” or 6x4"
(A single jpg file for photo lab* printing and 1 pdf file –letter size- with 2 designs for home printing)
NO PHYSICAL PRODUCT WILL BE SHIPPED.

IF YOU CHOSE THE OPTION WITH THANK YOU CARD and LABELS you will also receive:
- THANK YOU: 6x4".
(A single jpg file 6x4" for photo lab* printing and 1 pdf file –letter size- with 2 designs for home printing)
- Address Labels: 2”x4" ("Super Delivery To:") – 10 labels in a pdf file – letter size
Recommended Adhesive Paper: Full 8.5x11” sheets with no template cuts. Or regular paper and glue/double sided tape.

►Here is how the process works:
Choose your order, select size for the invitation, submit your info and photo and proceed with order.
Please check for edits or spelling before you send the information as this will save review time.
Name + Age child is turning + Date of event + Time (from - to) + Location + Address + RSVP (if you want to add it) + Any extra message for the invitation.

For the thank you card and labels (only if you chose this option):
These files are pre made.
I can only change the text in the Thank You card. The labels cannot be changed.

► FILES will be sent to your email from myheroathome[@] gmail.com
Please check in the next 24 hours (even your spam - junk folders).

► PHOTO - Upload it when placing order. Only ONE photo per child.
The quality of your printed invitation is only as good as the photo you send in. If the quality isn’t good I’ll let you know (see tips in the images). Once the invitation is delivered if you want to change the photo for a new one will be an extra fee of US$ 5.00 each time. Please, understand that working on the photo is the most difficult part or the invitation.

► ONE REVISION is included with your order. Any additional revisions may be subject to extra fees.

► Files may not be re-sized after your initial order has been sent to you. If size change is required later there will be an extra fee of US$ 5.00
►If there is a mistake from my side I will correct it with no extra charge after reviews.
► You will receive your files usually within hours of payment & all needed information is received - except weekends (unless there are internet connectivity issues).

(*) IT IS VERY IMPORTANT to know that copyright restrictions on the characters only permit graphics to be used for one time personal use such as birthday parties and personal events. Not all photo labs are aware of this policy and if you are printing from a photo lab and have issues with them refusing to print for you, please try another local photo lab or print at home yourself.
I recommend checking if you had a specific vendor in mind. Below is a listing provided by feedback received from some clients that may help you in finding locations to print them at.
► walgreens.com, cvs.com, vistaprint.com, snapfish.com, Target, Shutterfly, Sam's Club and some Costco and Kinko locations. Sometimes some of these will not print them: Staples, Wal-Mart, Office Depot, Office Max, a few Costco and Kinko’s locations.
There will be no copyright release from me, so please make sure the printing company you'll be using doesn't need any or print them at home.
